1. About TRP8
TRP8 is provided as a software-as-a-service offering. The platform enables customers to create tours, manage stations and content, generate or upload audio, provide multilingual experiences, distribute access through links or QR codes, and review usage-related analytics and operational data.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Use of TRP8 is limited to individuals and organizations with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring that platform access is used only by authorized persons.
3. Subscription and Billing
TRP8 is offered on a subscription basis and may include different plans, feature limits, usage quotas, and optional upgrades. Billing and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another disclosed payment provider, and the customer authorizes the applicable provider to process recurring and one-time charges according to the selected plan and checkout terms.
4. Permitted Use
Customers may use TRP8 only for lawful business purposes connected to creating, operating, or distributing tours, guides, and related digital visitor experiences.
- Uploading unlawful material.
- Infringing third-party rights.
- Distributing malware or interfering with the platform.
- Misusing analytics or tracking features.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
5. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of the text, audio, images, branding assets, and other content they upload or create in TRP8. The customer grants TRP8 a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content, translations, voice assets, and public tour materials comply with applicable law and do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, or other third-party rights.
6. Generated Content and Third-Party Services
TRP8 may integrate with third-party providers for services such as text-to-speech, audio generation, localization, analytics, QR-code delivery, or payments. Availability and quality of these third-party services may change, and certain features may depend on the customer’s subscription plan, usage level, language selection, or external provider constraints.
7. Availability and Changes
TRP8 may update, improve, suspend, or modify features, interfaces, technical configurations, and subscription plans from time to time. Reasonable efforts should be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. Customers remain responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for the collection, use, and sharing of end-user personal data through tours, lead forms, tracking, or feedback features.
