Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, payments are not refunded once a subscription period has started and access to the service has been provided, unless a refund is required by law or approved under the cases below.
Refunds may be granted in particular if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You were billed incorrectly because of a technical or administrative error.
- Your subscription renewed after a valid cancellation that should have stopped renewal in time.
- There was a proven service outage or technical failure that made the paid service materially unusable and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable period.
- A refund is required under mandatory consumer protection law.
