This Refund Policy explains when TRP8 payments may be refunded and how refund requests are handled. TRP8 is sold as a digital subscription service for multilingual audio-tour and guide software.

Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, payments are not refunded once a subscription period has started and access to the service has been provided, unless a refund is required by law or approved under the cases below.

Refunds may be granted in particular if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You were billed incorrectly because of a technical or administrative error.
  • Your subscription renewed after a valid cancellation that should have stopped renewal in time.
  • There was a proven service outage or technical failure that made the paid service materially unusable and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable period.
  • A refund is required under mandatory consumer protection law.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • You forgot to cancel before the next billing date.
  • You only used part of the billing period.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You were unable to use the service because of your own device, browser, internet connection, or internal setup.
  • You are dissatisfied with optional outputs such as generated audio, translations, or configuration choices, while the service itself remained available.

Free Trials and Special Offers

If TRP8 offers a free trial, discounted onboarding, pilot project, or custom enterprise agreement, separate refund terms may apply to that offer. In that case, the specific offer terms take precedence over this policy.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those statutory rights remain unaffected. Where required by law, refunds or withdrawal rights will be honored accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact the billing or support email address listed on the TRP8 website and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The invoice number or transaction reference.
  • The date of the charge.
  • A short explanation of the issue.

Processing of Refunds

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the relevant charge.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another disclosed payment provider as part of the TRP8 subscription workflow.
